Applying for a Property
You can search our website to see all our currently available properties. There are links within our listings to the video tours which we upload to our YouTube channel.

During your Tenancy
Please contact our office if you have any queries regarding your tenancy or if you wish to report a maintenance issue..
Some common queries and basic maintenance advise is covered in the documents below so you may wish to consult these first in case they answer your query.
Ending your Tenancy
If you wish to end your tenancy, then we will usually require one month's notice which will run from the date that your rent becomes due i.e. if your rent is due on the 15th of a month, then we will need notice to run from the 15th of one month to the 15th of the following month.
If you are in a fixed term agreement then you cannot usually give notice until the end of your fixed term, but please contact us to discuss.
