Applying for a Property

You can search our website to see all our currently available properties. There are links within our listings to the video tours which we upload to our YouTube channel.

If you are interested in applying for a property, then you can request an application form by e-mailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the names of everyone over the age of 18 who will be applying for the property and their e-mail addresses as we will require a completed form from each person.

You will be able to see on the property details what the costs will be and whether there are any conditions of let. Please read our Guide to Renting and also refer to the Sample Tenancy Agreement for more information on the application process.

Ending your Tenancy

If you wish to end your tenancy, then we will usually require one month's notice which will run from the date that your rent becomes due i.e. if your rent is due on the 15th of a month, then we will need notice to run from the 15th of one month to the 15th of the following month.

If you are in a fixed term agreement then you cannot usually give notice until the end of your fixed term, but please contact us to discuss.
